        Kinmen Domestic Commercial Harbor is composed of three ports, including the Liaoluo Port on the southeast of Large Kinmen Island, Shueitou Port on the west, and Jiougong Port at the Small Kinmen Island. The geographic locations of the three ports are illustrated in the following graph .

• Liaoluo Port
  
  Liaoluo Port, which is located at the southeast corner of the Large Kinmen Island and easternmost side of Liaoluo Bay, is presently the prime port of Kinmen, with a majority of cargo and passenger ships sailing out from here.
• Shueitou Port

1. Shueitou Port, which is situated to the southwest of Jincheng Township and northwest of the old Jincheng, near the Kinmen County Seat, serves as the major junction for the cargo traffic between the Large and Small Kinmen Islands. The natural screens formed by the Tashan Cape and Small Kinmen Island provide it with satisfactory defence against the storms.
2. To cooperate with the implementation of the “mini-three links” policy, a Shueitou Port Passenger Service Center and United Office Building with seven floors has recently been built and passed the acceptance inspection. Currently the passenger seat assignment, check-in and other processes have been carried out here to enhance the uniformity, completeness and security of the customs clearance operations. In addition, a floating dock has been constructed at the water area before the Customs Clearance Building to exclusively serve the Shueitou Port. With the construction completed in September 2005, it provides better services for the passengers.

• Jiougong Port
  
  Jiougong Docks, the major gateway of Small Kinmen for sea transport to Large Kinmen, are situated on the seafront at the foot of Yandun Mountain on Small Kinmen Island, gazing across the sea at the Shueitou Docks of Large Kinmen Island.
